Donna really came to our rescue. My husband and I had a trip planned but as we waited for other persons to decide wether they would be joining us time really got away from us and we hadn’t booked a hotel yet. We left Thursday night and the Monday prior Donna found us a room with ocean view on 15 min away from family and was less than $500. The room had a full kitchen and was not in the middle of all the boardwalk noise but still close enough to join the fun when we wanted. I am so happy and so relaxed after a much needed getaway. We would have spent three times as much had I done everything myself. She took care of making all the arrangements, is super confidential and even made sure we were on a first floor and that late check in was okay. I will DEFINITELY be booking my next vacay through her! Donna really came to our rescue. I remember telling my husband how much we needed a vacation after having a baby 6 months ago at the time, and he goes "well book one". I have always been one to research and book our vacations for us, but as an exhausted, working mom, I just wasn't up for putting in the effort this time. It was then that I remembered seeing my good friend Donna Maines postings on social media sharing that she was a travel advisor. I reached out to her and told her I was interested in her services as we were in dire need of a vacation now that baby was sleeping through the night and old enough to accompany us on a cruise. Donna asked me what I was looking for, some dates we were available for traveling and our budget. Then within a matter of ONE day, Donna had researched and sent me several options of vacation packages. All I had to do was look and decide on one, and she literally did ALL of the rest! She made it stress free for me, enjoyable and the process was seamless. I very much appreciated her taking the time to find the perfect deal and vacation for us. She was able to quickly get answers to my questions. I gave her my credit card and personal information and within that same day, I had a cruise booked. She then kept track and found deals on round trip flights for us and even called to confirm that we would have a crib in each of the hotels we stayed at! The day before our trip, she even sent me a text of our flight confirmation number and wished us a safe and fun vacation. To my surprise, when we returned home she had even mailed us a welcome home and thank you card, when I should be the one thanking her. Donna has always been so pleasant and trustworthy. She genuinely cares about others and has superb customer service skills and communicates extremely well. She is very organized and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a vacation planning experience that will turn out perfect and headache free! I will definitely be utilizing Donna's traveling services for our future vacations and recommending her to everyone that I know. Hi Carol!
Wow! We had an amazing trip! A few challenges along the way but we survived. Lol.
Our stateroom was twice the size of what we are used to on a ship. Our bathroom had a shower plus a separate full sized tub. Also had a walk-in closet, and a couch and chair in a large sitting area. The service and food were both exceptional... above expectations! Entertainment was very good for a smaller ship too, but still limited compared to larger ships. Enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the up-charge for the two specialty restaurants was worth the cost. We would definitely sail with Silversea again. ????. I will attach some photos.

What an amazing vacation I had. I spent over an hour last night choosing and posting pictures of every port. I’m pretty sure we are connected on Facebook and you can take a look at them. Thank you for everything. The little bit of a rocky start didn’t impede my ability to have a really good time. It wasn’t a relaxing vacation but very intense with all the ports I got to visit. Nine ports in 11 days was a lot, but that was my reason for choosing that one.
I have to ask you how I possibly got upgrade on my way home? Is that something you did or was it random? When I checked in for my flight at Heathrow, my boarding pass said “enjoy your upgrade. Thank you for choosing British Airways.” I didn’t realize until I got on the plane that my upgrade was amazing! I was in a business class section which meant I got my own little cubicle. Omg! I was able to recline my feet up for the entire eight hour flight. They served me food. I could’ve had alcohol if I was a drinker, but I’m not. The difference in the comfort level between the way I flew on the way over and my flight returning home was night and day. I’m not even sure I can fly that distance like an eight hour flight again without getting one of those business class seats. I have no idea what it costs but when I book with you again, I’m going to find out because I don’t think I want to do another eight hour flight without being in a more comfortable seat like that. The Upgrade spoiled me. What an amazing vacation I had. I spent over an hour last night choosing and posting pictures of every port. Several days in Gda?sk and Kraków, Poland, with one night in between in Toru?. Perfect vacation. Our hotels were top notch AND very reasonably priced. Their breakfasts were all superb. Poland is very clean and modern. No lingering traces of a drab communist past. Prices on everything were surprisingly reasonable, including taxi fares. Large street vendor pretzel just 75 cents. Wow! Weather was perfect in early June, no overcrowding in the streets, and only one museum had a long wait to get in. Menus all had English translations, so no guesswork. We walked extensively using a Rick Steve guide book. Everything is well marked and we never had to ask directions. Museum displays all had English. The people you will interact with (hotel clerks, taxi drivers, waiters, cashiers, etc) all spoke enough English that our complete lack of Polish was not a problem, nor did I have to fall back on my German. The beer is good. The water is drinkable too. Simultaneously modern and Old World, but not at all Third World. A wonderful relaxing trip and a real bargain on prices. Go! Just wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time on Windstar in Panama and Costa Rica! We were very disappointed w the one excursion but the entire group got a partial refund from Windstar. Otherwise everything was fabulous... food, service, crew! I was amazed at everything the crew did to make it special for us. We loved the intimacy of the small ship and it was so fun getting to know all the other passengers. We would definitely sail with Windstar again. Oh one other note... you definitely feel the waves a lot more on the small ship! ???? Here are just a few photos from our adventure.

One thing we forgot to mention, and perhaps really the most important, was how much credit you deserve for the entire experience. We would have never found this trip on our own.
Plus, my ears pricked up every time I heard fellow travelers complain (rightly so) about the inept travel agents they had used. At least 4 of them stated they would never use that person again. I then realized how great you are. You are the ultimate professional with personality plus. I so wanted to brag about you while on the trip, but didn't want to make the others even more unhappy with their person. So all I managed was, "Our agent was great." Not nearly enough praise but I hope you felt it anyway.

Carol did a fantastic job creating a great trip to Cozumel, Mexico in February 2020. Our travel was seemless, transportation to and from Secrets was perfect and went directly to/from the resort and the type of rooms we requested were available upon our early arrival.

Carol is absolutely amazing to work with! She helped us plan our Friendscation very last minute and she gave us helpful advice and was always available if we needed anything. She finds the best deals for me and she is very patient with when I can't decide dates, places or if I just ask her a million questions. She has made our Friendscation trips so much easier for us to plan whether I'm traveling with a large group or small group of people. She is now a necessity when we plan any trip. We go on vacation every year with our friends and we have used a few different travel agents, we will absolutely be using Carol EVERY vacation from here on out! She was so amazing to work with, from her recommendations to timely responses, she made our trip so care free. We even had a flight canceled due to weather conditions and she made sure we were taken care of with the hotel and travel insurance reimbursement. I've never used a travel agent, as I haven't traveled much, but I'm certain we'll be using Carol & cruise planners again! Everything was planned out so well, all we had to do was show up! Hi Carol. We had a fantastic time on our trip. It is just a huge floating Resort with just about anything that you can think of to do. Neither of us got ill from the ships motion and there was some motion for a few nights there but we weathered through that and I am hooked on cruises now! Everything that you set up for us was exactly as you said it would be. We had no glitches in anything. I'll be in touch with you in the near future to see what we're going to do next year. This is the first time I've used a travel agent. We wanted to take an Alaskan Cruise. Carol set everything up through Carnival Cruise Lines and arranged airfare to and from Seattle. She couldn't have made it any easier. We looked at many options for the cruise, excursions, flights, and everything. Our trip turned out to be an overwhelming success. I would never consider trying to tackle a trip like this again without working with Carol

Carol is the BEST!!! As I was knee deep in planning my wedding, meeting with vendors, making decisions, checking lists and coordinating every little detail, it hit me... gotta plan our honeymoon too!!! Well, thanks to Carol, that was the easy part. I told her we really wanted to go to Aruba...she worked diligently on the specific details I was looking for and stayed in constant communication with me. This was going to be the first time my husband and I were going to take an international flight. Again, thanks to Carol, any and all of our concerns were handled and she made me feel completely at ease. She was extremely helpful, caring, and genuinely excited for us....we talked and emailed so much before and after that I now feel like she is family! We had the most AWESOME honeymoon in one of the most BEAUTIFUL islands at an AMAZING price and we have Carol to thank for that!!! Hi Carol, we had a great time on our vacation. The train travel was interesting, not fantastic or terrible, but nice not having to drive. Charleston was very nice. We got to do several different things including a sunset dinner cruise to fort sumter Friday evening. Thanks for helping us have a great trip. I just wanted to Thank You for helping me out with booking my trip. You picked the best location for our stateroom, totally mid ship, couldn't have asked for more. We appreciated the crepes you had delivered to our room, they were delicious. My mother had a great time even though the weather was a little cold, but we didn't let that stop us from doing what we came to do.

Thomas and Janis recently made one of their best decisions! They took their very first cruise. Off to Alaska they went, with NO REGRETS!!!
Carol DiBiase was summoned to plan this great adventure. Carol "took the bull by the horns" and planned everything from a-z.
Without Carol, our trip could not have been the same. She eased all of our doubts and calmed all of our fears. All of the specifics needed to ensure our ease and comfort were of a priority to Carol.
Carol planned the pickup from our home and the return. Both drivers were professional and exceptionally courteous.
Thomas and I enjoyed the land excursions to Mt. Mckinley and Denali. The train ride to Whittier was wonderful. The nine hour captivation of all the marvelous sights made the time fly by.
The calendar time of the cruise was carefully planned so we could experience the best views of all God's splendor. All of the sights were breath-taking!!!
Each of the ports visited had friendly people and lots of good food and shopping. When we went Whale Watching, the Whales and Eagles seemed to have known we were there as they posed for pictures.
There were many moments to remember on the ship!!! We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and Carol made sure we were treated special. She went the extra mile!! The orchid corsage sent to our room was a very heart-warming expression of congrats and well wishes. The balloons, card and door decorations will be kept to always remember our time together on the Coral Princess.
We plan to take more cruises and trips, thanks to Carol DiBiase!!!
We truly recommend Carol to all our friends and those who want to cruise. There will be no regrets, we promise!!

I first met Carol through the Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce. It was easy to see her passion not only for travel but for helping people have the best travel experience that they could possibly have. I talked about some of the places I have been and the places that I want to see in the future. She let me know, with no pressure of any kind, that she would be ready to help me when I was ready to start planning these trips. She showed no hint of being a typical salesperson.
A bit after we met my parents were planning a cruise. They wanted to book it on the web without the assistance of a travel agent, however the website was confusing and they had questions with no answers. I didn't hesitate to recommend Carol to them. Within a day or two the questions were answered and their cruise was booked. Thank you Carol for helping them so quickly!
